To deliver part of the solution to the shortage of (affordable) housing in the Netherlands, factory built houses are on the rise: houses fully produced in the factory, delivered as a whole on site and installed within five days.
A great new innovation in which the prefab team at DYKA Netherlands started an intense collaboration with Startblock, an innovative company that produces these factory built houses.
Our team shows of their skills tackeling several challenges, like for instance the need for prefab shafts of 8 meter delivered at the factory. Next to piping systems, the Engineering & Consultancy team also supports Startblock in creating and improving their new house model.
