“Plastic piping systems are the most important invention in the world!”
…said no one ever, we agree. But have you tried taking a shower or flushing a toilet without them?
Surprisingly Discreet, Seriously Useful!
Start engineering these essentials yourself right now, with our unique DYKA Group Graduate Program.
Join Our DYKA Group Graduate Program!
At DYKA Group, we transport water, air and other energy sources from one place to another in a reliable, efficient and sustainable way. Moreover, we do so with recycled or recyclable materials. That’s how we build Nature’s Network: every day, we produce and distribute sustainable plastic piping systems to delight our customers.
For our freshly developed graduate program we are looking for some enthusiastic new colleagues to take up an active role in the preparation, execution and start-up of several engineering projects, in the technical field of (for example) Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV), Robotics, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Extrusion or Injection molding machinery.
The graduate program consists of 3 trajectories of 4 months each, where you will work in different production locations during each trajectory – we have production locations in the Netherlands (2), Belgium (1), France (3), Poland (1), Germany (1) and Hungary (1).
Ready to build Nature’s Network?
About The Role: dive into the dynamic world of industrial project management where you'll be immersed in the entire lifecycle from design to implementation. You will take an active role in preparing, executing, and launching technical projects. These projects cover diverse fields such as Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV), Robotics, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Extrusion, Injection molding machinery, and many more!
What We Offer: embark on a 12-month journey starting in September 2024 and experience hands-on involvement across departments such as engineering, production, and operational excellence. You will be coached and mentored by seasoned professionals within the company, providing invaluable guidance and support throughout your journey. After the program, we will be able to match your interests and experience with a permanent role in our company.
What We Expect: we seek individuals who have recently graduated (or will graduate in June 2024) in Engineering, demonstrating a drive for initiative, robust problem-solving skills, and talent for effective communication and teamwork. Adaptability to diverse projects and locations (in EU) is crucial, along with proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch and French is a bonus.
Curious about the process?
The Process: apply by May 3, 2024, to be considered for the program. Interviews will be conducted during the week of May 15, with selections and offers extended by the week of May 22.
